What you will do

• Lead and support the department team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and an inclusive store culture.
• Manage the customer experience, visual presentation, commercial curation, and product knowledge in line with global guidelines.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to optimize results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate, and develop team members, including succession planning and scheduling.
• Maintain store operations, including fitting rooms, checkout, returns, stockroom organization, opening and closing routines, and administrative procedures.
• Coordinate garment flow, stock levels, pricing, omni-services, in-store technology, health and safety, and visual standards.
