Engineering Program Scheduler (Aerospace Program Planning): Developing and analyzing integrated master schedules for military aerospace programs from contract award through production handoff with an accent on schedule quality, risk management, and critical path analysis. Location: 100% onsite in Inglewood, California, United States
Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules from contract award through production handoff.
- Interpret contract requirements and coordinate program steps, durations, dependencies, resources, and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze critical paths, schedule variances, program metrics, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations to program leadership.
- Lead Schedule Risk Assessments, IMS baselines, schedule quality reviews, and master phasing schedules.
- Communicate schedule dependencies, assumptions, risks, and mitigation plans to internal and external customers.
- Manage SDRLs, proposal planning, what-if scenarios, and risk and opportunity plans through closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, engineering, or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of relevant program planning or program management experience.
- Experience developing integrated master schedules across multiple programs using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or Milestone Professional.
- Knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis, resource-loaded schedules, integrated cost/schedule methods, and DCMA IMS requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong schedule analysis, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
- U.S. citizenship and ITAR-compliant U.S. person status are required.
