Master Scheduler (Nuclear)

Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States; U.S. Person status required

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Create and maintain portfolio-level master schedules for complex, large-scale projects.
• Produce weekly reports covering critical path dependencies, resource utilization, resource availability, schedule risks, and conflicts.
• Analyze schedule performance, identify variances against baseline snapshots, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Process project change notices into the live MS Project schedule and maintain schedule updates.
• Facilitate schedule reviews, project planning meetings, presentations, and status updates.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve project controls metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required due to the nature of the work.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, automation, or a computer-related field preferred.
• At least 7 years of project scheduling experience, including complex, long-duration projects.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project is required; Oracle Primavera P6 proficiency is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification must be obtained within the first year; PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE certification is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with controls and instrumentation projects.
• Experience with DOE or DOD projects.
• Experience with Syteline ERP, MS Project Online, or Enterprise Server environments.
