Assistant Manager, General (Retail Real Estate)

Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time, onsite at Plaza at King of Prussia.

What you will do

• Support the Mall Manager in protecting and enhancing the value of the shopping center.
• Increase income sources, control expenses, and help achieve targeted EBITDA budgets and growth.
• Analyze financial reports, budgets, leases, REAs, contracts, and related operating information.
• Support strategic business planning, five-year capital planning, leasing, marketing, and short-term leasing activities.
• Help implement public safety, security, operating, and customer-experience strategies.
• Develop productive relationships with tenants, anchor stores, community partners, and mall staff.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience or training in management, business, commercial real estate, or retail real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports, budgets, contracts, and similar documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with public speaking.
• Strong human-relations skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
