Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Design and deploy an enterprise-wide, layered Continuous Improvement program across executives, managers, supervisors, and frontline employees.
• Develop multi-year Continuous Improvement strategies, deployment roadmaps, maturity models, and performance measures.
• Establish global governance, standards, methodologies, management systems, visual controls, and review processes.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Lean practitioners, Green Belts, Black Belts, and operational leaders.
• Build training curricula, certification pathways, talent pipelines, succession plans, and a global community of practice.
• Drive organizational change, employee engagement, Kaizen participation, and measurable improvements in quality, safety, productivity, customer satisfaction, and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Quality, or related leadership roles.
• Experience developing and deploying enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement strategies and management systems.
• Experience leading organizational change, culture transformation, capability building, and Continuous Improvement professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, mentoring, collaboration, and change leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading global or multi-site Continuous Improvement programs.
• Manufacturing or industrial operations experience.
• Knowledge of Daily Management Systems, Strategy Deployment, Visual Management, and operational perfection systems.
• Master Black Belt certification.
