Inventory Control Associate - 2nd Shift

Location: Lakeville, Massachusetts, United States; full-time, onsite warehouse role.

Salary: $19.00–$22.25 per hour

What you will do

• Perform scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts, transaction audits, and inventory reconciliations.
• Audit procedures that affect inventory accuracy and report findings with improvement recommendations.
• Complete slot maintenance and layout changes to optimize warehouse operations.
• Locate new products and relocate existing products based on sales volumes.
• Support receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Perform other tasks supporting overall business performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a distribution environment is preferred, particularly in inventory control.
• Strong numerical and accuracy skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including lifting, standing, climbing stairs, and using RF devices and computers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to learn and use Excel.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of M3 and WM systems.
• Working knowledge of Manhattan and M3 warehouse or business intelligence systems.
