Maternal Child Clinical Faculty (Part-Time)

Location: North Brunswick Township, New Jersey, USA

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Implement the nursing curriculum and course objectives through clinical teaching.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise and evaluate nursing students providing care.
• Provide documented performance feedback, remediation, and individualized clinical assignments.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical agency policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Grade written work and contribute to course, program, assessment, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with college administration, staff, faculty, course coordinators, and clinical agencies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of Maternal Child registered nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in New Jersey is required.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Ability to support clinical supervision, student evaluation, collaboration, and professional nursing education.
