Complex Adult Health Clinical Nursing Instructor (Part-Time)

Location: Great Falls, Montana, USA; clinical instruction takes place in an inpatient healthcare center.

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach clinical nursing content for the Complex Adult Health Critical Care course.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise students providing nursing care.
• Evaluate student performance and provide documented feedback and remediation.
• Orient students to clinical agency policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Develop clinical assignments and review written coursework, tests, and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with course coordinators, faculty, clinical agencies, and college administration to support program quality and student success.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• Professional nursing licensure in the state of practice required.
• At least two years of registered nursing practice experience within the last five years required.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Clinical instructors typically work 2–3 consecutive 12-hour shifts over 1–2 weeks during each 8-week session.
