What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain systems engineering and DevOps resources for multiple product teams.
• Develop, review, and maintain systems engineering documentation, including system engineering plans, capability documents, requirements specifications, and interface control documents.
• Manage system and derived requirements, functional allocation, traceability, verification methods, and technical baselines.
• Develop system architectures, operational concepts, SOA solutions, DoDAF views, interface definitions, and alternative design solutions.
• Coordinate integration, testing, design reviews, requirements reviews, and cross-discipline action items across hardware, software, facilities, and personnel components.
• Assess system performance, lifecycle risks, configuration changes, certification and accreditation activities, and technical trade-offs.

Requirements

• 20 years of systems engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience planning and leading systems engineering efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, information systems, engineering science, engineering management, or a related discipline; five additional years of systems engineering experience may substitute for the degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Experience with requirements engineering, system architecture, integration, verification, risk management, and complex hardware/software systems.
