What you will do

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation according to H&M guidelines, campaigns, store activation plans, and fashion trends.
• Maintain product presentation, windows, fixtures, signage, lighting, navigation, stock levels, and point-of-sale materials.
• Monitor sales reports and KPIs, identify commercial opportunities, and collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual teams to support sales targets.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales-floor and back-of-house areas while following operational and legal requirements.
• Share fashion and commercial information, coach colleagues, develop visual skills, and onboard new team members.
• Support store projects and expansion needs with Sales Market and Area teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
