Visual Merchandiser

Location: Onsite at 27500 Novi Rd, Novi, Michigan, USA

Compensation: $18.60–$21.39 per hour

What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising, commercial curation, and styling according to brand guidelines, mood boards, store plans, and fashion trends.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns, sale activities, window displays, signage, layouts, product stories, and customer flow.
• Monitor garment care, stock levels, point-of-sale materials, lighting, fixtures, display forms, and store navigation.
• Follow up on sales reports and KPIs, identify visual and commercial opportunities, and implement actions that support customer satisfaction and sales targets.
• Coach, educate, onboard, and develop store colleagues in visual and commercial standards and routines.
• Collaborate with Store Management, Area Visual Management, Facilities Management, Sales Market, and Area teams on store operations and expansion projects.

Requirements

• Curiosity, creativity, initiative, flexibility, solution-focused thinking, and effective communication skills.
• Interest in fashion and experience applying visual and commercial expertise in a dynamic retail environment.
• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage, follow up, and act on selling-equation data and weekly sales reports.
