Senior Product Designer (SaaS)

Location: Katowice, Poland. Full-time onsite role; remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Define design vision and own end-to-end experiences for key areas of Altium 365.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for complex, data-rich, collaborative workflows.
• Partner with product management, engineering, and research to turn ambiguous problems into usable product experiences.
• Apply and evolve shared design-system components, patterns, variables, and tokens.
• Conduct or support user research and usability testing, using qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine designs.
• Document design rationale and specifications, support engineering handoff, audit shipped experiences, and mentor designers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, preferably for SaaS, cloud, or complex technical platforms.
• Experience owning end-to-end design for features or products in a multi-team environment.
• Strong systems thinking and experience designing complex, data-rich workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, tokens, and prototyping.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, responsive interfaces, modern web application patterns, and front-end constraints.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and aligning design with technical feasibility and business priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with collaborative or data-intensive SaaS and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Vue and component-driven development.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience designing complex technical or professional user workflows.
