Senior Product Designer I (Enterprise)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $130,000–$142,000 USD annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Translate complex enterprise customer problems and product strategy into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Lead design direction for key product initiatives while balancing customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and scalability.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and other stakeholders to define problems and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Conduct and synthesize customer research and usability testing to validate decisions and identify opportunities.
• Evaluate AI opportunities and design AI-assisted experiences with clear confidence signals, transparency, feedback, and error handling.
• Evolve design systems, accessibility practices, design workflows, and collaborative team rituals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex digital products across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with Figma and AI-assisted design or development tools, including Claude Code.
• Experience creating and evolving design systems at scale.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, accessibility, and agile product development.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, judgment, and collaboration skills.
