What you will do

• Lead UX and UI design across strategic workstreams for complex e-commerce journeys, including shopping and activation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect final deliverables from product and stakeholder requirements.
• Design responsive web experiences across multiple screen sizes and provide interaction and motion prototypes.
• Build multi-version designs for user testing and iterate rapidly based on research findings.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, content designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain design systems and libraries, and review developed features for visual quality before providing engineering feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience at consumer-focused technology companies.
• Strong UX, UI, interaction design, accessibility, and responsive web design skills.
• Proven ability to develop concepts, variations, and pixel-perfect final deliverables.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems, element-based UI libraries, and style guides.
• Familiarity with agile software development, user research, and usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma, Principle, After Effects, and other prototyping tools.
