Legal Implementation Specialist (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $80,000 per annum plus bonus

What you will do

• Build deep knowledge of the hirify.global platform, its configuration options, and core use cases.
• Lead customer discovery sessions covering objectives, contracting processes, user requirements, and implementation priorities.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable platform configurations aligned with implementation standards.
• Manage several concurrent implementations across timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Deliver role-appropriate training and explain platform functionality, trade-offs, and limitations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support while improving playbooks and repeatable delivery processes.

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing legal tech or B2B SaaS role such as implementation, onboarding, professional services, delivery, or customer success, and/or relevant legal experience.
• Ability to understand legal contracts, negotiation positions, approval processes, and commercial workflows.
• Strong project management, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgement and analytical ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into clear, practical solutions.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and experience crafting effective prompts for AI systems, or the ability to develop this capability quickly.
• Undergraduate degree at 2:1 level, GPA of 3.5 or above, or equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

• Understanding of contract law and commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or legal technology.
• Experience implementing enterprise software for legal, procurement, compliance, or commercial teams.
• Experience in a high-volume implementation, onboarding, or professional-services environment.
