Junior Implementation Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support onboarding and implementation sessions for new MSP partners, coordinating project timelines and client communications.
• Plan, book, and co-host client-facing webinars and classroom training sessions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, internal training videos, and customer-facing educational content.
• Maintain the customer-facing learning management system and keep partner content current and accessible.
• Apply Microsoft-related technical knowledge to troubleshoot implementation issues and provide solutions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and contribute to improvements in onboarding processes and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong project management, organization, and client communication skills.
• Previous general administration experience.
• Ability to organize busy implementation schedules, meet deadlines, and maintain close attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and interest in continuous improvement.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Microsoft stack technical expertise is preferred but not required; willingness to expand Microsoft knowledge and complete SC-900 certification is expected.

• Experience as an Implementation Manager or in project management.
