Agile Project Manager with German (all genders)

Location: Romania; remote work available with occasional travel to customers

What you will do

• Support project and delivery teams in Agile and hybrid environments.
• Coach teams on collaboration, communication, ways of working, and team maturity.
• Drive transparency around progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
• Establish governance, follow-up mechanisms, and structures that support successful delivery.
• Identify impediments and work with teams and stakeholders to resolve them.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools and collaborate with IT and business colleagues to develop robust, maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, with a background as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, PMO, or similar.
• Experience coaching teams, improving delivery transparency, and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, customer orientation, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Experience working with distributed and international teams.
• Fluent business English and German required.
• Based in Romania and available for occasional customer travel.
