TL;DR

What you will do
- Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT, consulting, digital transformation, and service engagement projects.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across teams, customers, partners, and vendors.
- Track project budgets, effort consumption, resource utilization, forecasts, timesheets, and overall delivery performance.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPIs, governance records, risk registers, action logs, and decision logs.
- Organize status meetings, steering committees, service reviews, and working groups while maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate consultant onboarding, offboarding, and staffing activities, and identify improvements to delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in project coordination, project management, PMO, or service delivery roles.
- Experience with IT, consulting, digital transformation, or service delivery projects, including planning, resource management, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, PM², PMI, PRINCE2, or similar project management frameworks.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of Greek and English is required. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are also expected.
Nice to have
- Experience with Times & Materials, Fixed Price, or Managed Services delivery models.
- Experience in banking, financial services, the public sector, or consulting.
- Experience working with distributed and multicultural teams.
