Location: Hybrid work in Switzerland, with time expected in the Zurich, Bioggio, and Geneva offices.

What you will do

• Deliver legal, regulatory, and community projects.
• Create actionable plans and lead day-to-day project execution.
• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and report on project activities.
• Identify practical, proactive solutions to project challenges.
• Build effective relationships with clients and team members across seniority levels.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a well-rounded program or project manager.
• Demonstrable understanding of project management knowledge areas and banking technology.
• Strong organizational, planning, monitoring, reporting, and delivery skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, proactive, and stress-resilience skills.
• Fluent German, English, and French are required.
• Flexibility regarding work content and location, including willingness to spend time in the Zurich, Bioggio, and Geneva offices.
