Junior Project Manager

Location: Remote in Europe, Albania, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Plan project activities, estimates, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery progress.
• Clarify and document business and technical requirements with engineers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate software development, remove delivery blockers, and manage expectations.
• Support resource planning, team assignments, people development, and a productive working environment.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting while applying current development and AI practices to improve delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical project management experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domain.
• Knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery control.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and customers.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, problem-solving, communication, and people-management skills.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher and experience working in a multinational environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java or cloud-based projects.
