What you will do

• Visually inspect products before testing for conformance with standards.
• Inspect test equipment and test booths or cages for proper operation.
• Prepare products by safely making the required test connections.
• Separate non-conforming parts and complete production and quality forms.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and use equipment and supplies appropriately.
• Train others in testing tasks as needed and inspect completed work before handoff.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of work experience and skill development.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing experience is ideal.
• Ability to safely use small hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and bills of material.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Medium–heavy physical demand level, including continuous standing and walking, frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, and hand or power tool use.
