Electrical Helper (Electrical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support the assembly and preparation of electrical components and products using hand and power tools.
• Clean parts with appropriate materials, tools, and safety practices.
• Maintain production equipment, machinery, and work areas.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines under supervision.
• Complete assigned production tasks accurately and on time while following safety protocols.

Requirements

• Less than one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and education.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; no formal education is required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, good attendance, and ability to follow instructions and productivity expectations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform bending, kneeling, balancing, and other physical production activities.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds consistently in a manufacturing environment.
