Site Supervisor

Location: Windsor, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 75,000–90,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise, lead, and control operational activities across the yard.
• Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with company plans and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflows and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
• Monitor productivity, provide feedback and coaching, and maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Share information between management and employees and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, take disciplinary action when necessary, and lead by example as a hands-on manager.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of commercial trucks and forklifts.
• Ability to learn and oversee a variety of job responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
