Supplier Quality Coordinator (ESG)

What you will do

• Coordinate ESG self-assessments and supplier declarations across the global supplier base.
• Manage annual conflict minerals reporting campaigns and global supplier ESG risk assessments.
• Coordinate supply chain Scope 3 CO₂ emissions reporting.
• Perform monthly sanctions compliance checks using specialised software tools.
• Work with global factories, sales subsidiaries, Supplier Development, and Quality Engineers.

Requirements

• Interest in ESG principles, sustainable procurement, ethical supply chains, and compliance.
• For experienced candidates, at least two years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, ESG compliance, and regulations such as REACH, RoHS, and Conflict Minerals requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Ability to learn and adapt to different software tools and systems, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Internship, project, junior supply chain, or procurement experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or Power Automate.
