Maintenance Technicien (Automotive)

What you will do

• Maintain wiring harness production machines and automated equipment through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation failures in wiring and crimping processes.
• Adjust equipment for cable cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, and connector assembly.
• Maintain workstations and End-of-Line systems, including cameras, sensors, vision systems, and fiber optics.
• Analyze breakdowns using 5 Why and Ishikawa methods and implement corrective actions.
• Support production start-ups, changeovers, ramp-ups, continuous improvement, and compliance with HSE and automotive quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bac+2 or equivalent diploma in electromechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLCs, ideally Siemens.
• Familiarity with workstations and End-of-Line equipment, including cameras, sensors, and fiber optics.
• Knowledge of SAP PM for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to follow automotive quality standards, customer-specific requirements, 5S, TPM, and HSE procedures.
