General Manufacturing Associate (Mon - Fri 3pm - 11pm)

Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite attendance required

Salary: $21.38 per hour plus shift differential

hirify.global develops, manufactures, and markets medical products and services for the healthcare industry, including infusion therapy, pain management, nutrition, pharmacy compounding, ostomy and wound care, and dialysis.

What you will do

• Assemble, package, and inspect medical devices according to production and quality standards.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and follow established procedures.
• Monitor products, identifying, discarding, or reworking non-conforming items.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance tracking and analysis.
• Meet volume, cost, waste, quality, and production schedule targets.
• Work Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related experience, or completion of PBS requirements and a successful assessment at the appropriate level.
• Ability to perform intricate hand assembly using fine motor skills and strong hand dexterity.
• Basic reading comprehension, math, computer, and shop floor skills.
• Ability to work under close supervision, follow detailed instructions, and communicate professionally.
• Ability to work regularly onsite in a clean room environment with full garbing under ISO 8 regulations.

Nice to have

• Prior manufacturing experience involving intricate hand assembly.
• Experience with lean tools and process or quality improvement.
• Applicable industry or professional certification.
