Construction Risk Documentation Specialist

Location: Owatonna, Minnesota, United States. Full-time, on-site position.

Salary: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Collect and process project information sheets for customer construction projects.
• Review project tracking reports and monitor payment progress.
• Collect, process, and prepare lien waivers for customers and legal review.
• Process credit applications and credit reference requests, including reviewing credit information and making recommendations.
• Prepare export documentation and support new customer account onboarding.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational and oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions.
• Basic math skills and a customer-service mindset.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field.
