What you will do

• Process customer checks, electronic payments, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, account analyses, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments.
• Review third-party payment data and match transactions to customer accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• All positions are on-site.
• New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience.
