What you will do

• Contact customers and identify their vehicle needs using the Crown Selling Process.
• Build rapport and develop customer relationships and referral networks.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle information, pricing, and incentives.
• Close vehicle sales and maintain professional customer communications.

Requirements

• Motivation to succeed and a self-starting approach.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer and phone skills, including internet tools, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, and Autotrader.
• Professional business attire and appearance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Prior sales experience, including automotive, retail, customer service, inside sales, outside sales, or commissioned sales.
