Recruiter - LTE (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates may be based in PST, MST, or CST but must be able to work PST hours.

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders and provide market data and search recommendations.
• Review ATS applications, evaluate qualifications, conduct phone interviews, and assess skills testing when required.
• Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, networking platforms, Boolean searches, referrals, and talent community campaigns.
• Engage candidates through phone, email, and social media; communicate value propositions and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details, present offers, and support candidate acceptance and counter-offer negotiations.
• Build qualified talent pipelines, maintain recruitment compliance, report recruiting metrics, and recommend solutions for difficult searches.

Requirements

• At least two years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is required.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and social media sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, talent acquisition practices, and recruiting metrics.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
