Behavioral Health Group operates a national network of Joint Commission-accredited treatment centers providing opioid addiction treatment services across 24 states.
What you will do
- Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for counselors, nurses, and clinical support staff.
- Partner with treatment-center leaders to define staffing needs and role requirements.
- Post jobs, source passive candidates, screen applicants, present qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Build talent pipelines for high-demand clinical roles through job boards, referrals, social media, and local networking.
- Extend offers and coordinate pre-hire activities with HR and onboarding teams.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure recruiting processes follow internal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience required.
- Experience hiring in healthcare, addiction treatment, or human services is strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
