TL;DR
Pricing Analyst I (Pricing Analytics/Manufacturing): Develop and maintain pricing models, analyze product costs and market conditions, and support pricing strategies for products across markets with an accent on cost structures, competitive intelligence, and margin targets. Focus on building pricing reports and dashboards, evaluating performance by product line and customer segment, and improving pricing logic across ERP and related platforms.
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; primarily onsite in an office and manufacturing environment

What you will do
- Develop and maintain pricing models using cost data, market trends, competitor intelligence, and margin targets.
- Analyze materials, labor, freight, and overhead costs to support accurate pricing and financial goals.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Support pricing strategies for new product introductions, product line changes, and promotional pricing.
- Prepare pricing reports and dashboards covering trends, variances, product lines, regions, and customer segments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, ECAT, and ERP teams on pricing logic, quote reviews, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, make decisions with incomplete information, and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, or engineered-to-order industries.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles.
- Experience with statistical analysis or pricing optimization tools.
