Senior CTS Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL; Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-impact initiatives across the CTS portfolio and coordinate delivery across interrelated programs.
• Govern project, change, and release management practices, including change requests, CAB communications, testing, and enterprise deployments.
• Establish portfolio schedules, adjust priorities, and allocate resources to align initiatives with enterprise objectives.
• Coordinate executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors through clear communications and contractual alignment.
• Balance scope, cost, risk, and operational value while improving upgrade scheduling, documentation, and delivery standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance CTS service delivery and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of IT experience and 2–6 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with ITIL Foundation and Agile/Scrum fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of software, licensing, and patching concepts.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Construction industry knowledge is preferred.
