Project Manager (BMS)

Location: Onsite positions in New York, New York; Chicago, Illinois; Baltimore, Maryland; Tampa, Florida; or Sacramento, California, USA

Salary: $100,045–$117,700 annually

What you will do

• Manage projects and tenant improvement assignments at client sites, campuses, and facilities.
• Develop project agendas, master budgets, timelines, reports, and drawing reviews across design and construction phases.
• Coordinate consultants, construction teams, clients, owners, and property or facility management personnel.
• Review requisitions, change orders, invoices, project costs, and budget impacts.
• Monitor contracted services and project execution while reporting progress, risks, findings, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with client, corporate, building, safety, and government requirements.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering or construction project accountability role.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management, including leading, motivating, and developing employees.
• Client focus, communication, relationship management, leadership, organization, multitasking, consultation, and time management skills.
