2nd Shift Production Supervisor (Printing)

What you will do

• Supervise Service Bureau associates and leads during the second shift, including assigning workloads, recruiting, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversee equipment functionality, preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to minimize downtime.
• Manage material inventory and warehouse workflow records in the ERP system, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate daily production schedules across departments and ensure accurate, timely printing, laminating, and shipping.
• Enforce safety policies, maintain an orderly work area, and implement continuous improvement and procedural enhancements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of related production or printing industry experience and 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of safety procedures, SOPs, quality control, and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
