Maintenance Technician I - 1st Shift

Location: Faribault, Minnesota, United States. Full-time onsite role, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Salary: $24.01–$27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Assist with preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Support maintenance technicians with equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
• Sandblast, clean, and prepare parts for maintenance work.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and orderly condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies in a loud production environment near moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or experience preferred.
• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
