Mental Health Clinical Faculty (Part-Time): Oklahoma (Nursing)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA; onsite clinical teaching. Clinical rotations most commonly run for 12 hours per day, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., for three to four consecutive days.

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Implement nursing curriculum, course objectives, and program outcomes through clinical teaching.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise students delivering nursing care.
• Evaluate student performance and provide documented feedback based on course objectives.
• Develop clinical assignments aligned with students’ knowledge, competencies, and learning needs.
• Grade assignments, quizzes, tests, lab work, and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical agencies and course leadership on policies, student progress, and issues.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Unencumbered Oklahoma nursing license.
• At least two years of professional registered nursing experience within the last five years in the instructional subject area.
• Illinois RN license required to teach all courses; course assignments are prioritized for professors currently licensed in Illinois.
• Strong nursing subject-matter expertise and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Teaching or precepting experience is preferred but not required.
