Accounts Payable Specialist (NetSuite)

Location: Hybrid role in Irvine, California, USA

Compensation: USD 26–31 per hour

What you will do

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable for multiple entities and locations.
• Process transactions accurately and support the month-end close.
• Reconcile vendor statements and obtain missing invoices.
• Review employee expense and mileage reimbursement reports.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, purchase order, pricing, and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare documentation for year-end audits and collaborate with vendors, Purchasing, Receiving, Finance, and other departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with multi-company entities and inter-company transactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics GP and NetSuite.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Ramp or Coupa.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
