AP Accountant II

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own assigned accounts payable activities independently across multiple entities.
• Handle complex and non-standard invoices, exceptions, reconciliations, and open items.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and AP aging reviews.
• Identify recurring issues, determine when escalation is needed, and communicate issues clearly.
• Share knowledge with AP Accountant I colleagues and support their development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years focused on Accounts Payable.
• Experience with full-cycle AP, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Ability to work independently and own AP activities end-to-end.
• Working knowledge of an ERP system; NetSuite is strongly preferred.
• Experience handling multi-currency transactions across different legal entities.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
