Accounts Payable Clerk (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in the United States

What you will do

• Process vendor invoices in NetSuite and employee expense reports in Concur and Navan.
• Verify approvals, coding, and supporting documentation for payable transactions.
• Prepare weekly ACH, wire, and check payment runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records and W-9 documentation, and manage the AP inbox.
• Support month-end close, including AP accruals, as well as 1099 preparation and year-end reporting.
• Assist with audits, maintain confidentiality of financial information, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of accounts payable experience, including full-cycle processing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and deadline management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Concur, or Navan.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
