Licensed Optician - Assistant Manager

Location: Naples, Florida, United States. Full-time, onsite position.

What you will do

• Drive store profit, sales, and performance against budget and company standards.
• Maintain high customer service levels and monitor same-day service through the production board.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate opticians and sales associates while ensuring daily functions are completed on time.
• Coordinate with the General Manager, District Manager, corporate office, and associated doctors.
• Maintain store promotions, advertising, visual merchandising, and communication of current offers.
• Support staffing, recruiting, selection, and retention of store associates.

Requirements

• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Maintain an optical license in states where licensure is required.
• Proficient computer skills and a solid understanding of store operations.
• Ability to lead, coach, build associate relationships, and manage teams effectively.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• ABO and NCLE certification.
