What you will do

• Oversee daily eyeglass department operations, budgets, resources, and operating costs.
• Drive sales, profit, performance, and customer service goals.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach Opticians and customer-lifecycle sales associates.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, quality standards, merchandising, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, retention, and associate development.
• Analyze financial reports, identify improvement opportunities, and create action plans.

Requirements

• Maintain the optical license required by the state.
• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• ABO and NCLE certification.
• Leadership, coaching, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of store operations and the ability to analyze financial reports.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage team performance.
