Processing Technician C- Afternoons (Chemical Manufacturing)

Location: Lakewood, New Jersey, USA; onsite afternoon shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Salary: $32.75 per hour plus shift differential; eligible for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Transfer semi-finished products between vessels, tanks, totes, hoppers, and production lines.
• Perform manual additions of dry and liquid raw materials and operate multiple blenders and processing systems.
• Use automated HMI controls, vacuum systems, hoses, and LPD skid equipment for dental production.
• Stage batches with a forklift, manage bulk inventories in the WMS, and complete required safety inspections.
• Perform washouts, purges, batch changes, labeling, sampling, and production paperwork.
• Follow batch sheets, FDA requirements, SOPs, GMPs, JSAs, PPE rules, and hazardous-chemical handling procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience as a compounder or batch maker in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with chemical mixing and batching processes.
• Ability to speak and communicate in English.
• Basic math, strong computer, multitasking, and detailed documentation skills.
• Forklift certification and the ability to pass a respiratory fit test and wear a respirator.

• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Experience with WMS systems.
