Manufacturing Technician II - DAP (Biomanufacturing)

What you will do

• Operate packaging machinery, supply materials, monitor equipment status, and maintain smooth product flow.
• Set up equipment, select recipes, enter data in SCADA and HMI systems, make minor adjustments, and perform sensor challenges.
• Complete manual packaging, rework, visual inspections, sampling, palletizing, and material movement using pallet jacks and lifts.
• Perform minor troubleshooting, identify equipment defects, and escalate quality or operational concerns.
• Complete inventory control and reconciliation activities using SAP and WES.
• Maintain cGMP conditions through cleaning, housekeeping, line clearance, batch record completion, and support for qualification and validation protocols.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well enough to interpret SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Accurate documentation and data-entry skills, including batch records and logbooks.
• Basic mathematical, problem-solving, material-handling, and product-security skills.
• Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision, identify deviations, and work effectively in a fast-paced production team.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, use required PPE, pass an onboarding eye exam, and participate in occupational health requirements.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, cGMP principles, Microsoft applications, SAP, or Veeva Vault.
