Associate, Corporate Solutions (Finance)

Location: New York, New York, United States; onsite full-time

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Structure complex transactions across capital markets, tax, accounting, legal, and rating agency considerations.
• Develop financial models and stress cases to evaluate financing structures and investment opportunities.
• Research potential investments and perform credit analysis.
• Prepare internal and external presentations for executive audiences.
• Prepare investment memorandums for the senior investment committee and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisory firms, law firms, tax and accounting firms, and other consultants.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience at a major investment bank or alternative asset manager, preferably in M&A or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including experience structuring complex transactions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to execute projects and coordinate across global and cross-platform teams.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or Capital IQ.
• At least a bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution.
