Operations Associate (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Aurora, Illinois, United States. Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 pm–6:00 am; overtime and varying weekend shifts may be required.

Starting pay: $21–$23 per hour, plus shift differential.

What you will do

• Manufacture CMP pads using laminators, CNC equipment, die presses, and brush-cleaning equipment.
• Complete data entry, record keeping, quality testing, and inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean production environment and follow plant safety initiatives and PPE requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement, 6S teams, and LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Perform production support tasks such as cycle counts, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and inventory work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and ability to perform data entry.
• Experience with email, Excel, and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Reliable attendance, a team-focused attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand, kneel, crouch, walk, and occasionally climb or balance; ability to wear a respirator intermittently.
