IT Project Manager - ERP & Business Applications

Location: Houston, TX (TAS-Cullen HQ), United States; onsite

hirify.global is a publicly traded Houston-headquartered company whose TAS business engineers and manufactures packaged modular systems for data centers, power, and commercial and industrial utility applications.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of ERP and enterprise business application implementations, upgrades, integrations, rollouts, analytics solutions, and enhancements.
• Define scopes, plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, resources, risks, issues, and change requests across a mixed project and enhancement portfolio.
• Coordinate ERP, data and analytics, integration, application support, consultants, vendors, and business stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Human Resources.
• Maintain project and portfolio governance through schedules, status reports, action and decision tracking, risk management, dependency management, and escalation.
• Coordinate requirements readiness, testing and UAT, release readiness, training, go-live, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage application intake, backlog prioritization, roadmaps, release calendars, and delivery standards for concurrent initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing ERP, enterprise software, or business applications projects.
• Experience delivering an ERP or comparable enterprise business application through the full project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile delivery, including Scrum, with experience applying hybrid approaches.
• Experience coordinating requirements, vendors, configuration, testing and UAT, deployment, training, change adoption, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, including translating technical work into business-focused plans and updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor LN or another enterprise ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, or IFS.
• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, transportation and logistics, procurement, supplier collaboration, human capital management, finance, or analytics applications.
• Familiarity with McLeod, SourceDay, Workday, Power BI, application integrations, APIs, data flows, and interface dependencies.
• PMP or CAPM certification or formal training in project management, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, organizational change management, or ERP implementation.
