Location: Full-time onsite jobsite in Texas or Denver, CO; regular local and interstate travel required

Salary: $97,767.00–$122,209.00 per year

What you will do

  • Support the successful execution of high-voltage construction and operations projects.
  • Review power purchase, interconnection, utility, contract, system impact, facility study, and owner engineer requirements for project compliance.
  • Assist with high-voltage budgets, forecasts, subcontractor scopes, procurement, and project scheduling.
  • Manage high-voltage subcontractors, including billings, RFIs, status reporting, risks, and scope changes.
  • Coordinate project kickoffs, utility and owner meetings, engineering reviews, and construction schedule and scope reviews.
  • Assemble final completion punch lists and support quality, profitability, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of related experience in the design and/or construction of power substations.
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment construction and operation, with the ability to work safely in energized substations.
  • Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, coordination, troubleshooting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite at a Texas or Denver, CO jobsite and travel locally and interstate.
  • Proficiency with office practices, procedures, and equipment.

Nice to have

  • PMP certification or directly relevant industry experience.
  • P6 scheduling experience.
