Salary: $97,767.00–$122,209.00 per year

What you will do
- Support the successful execution of high-voltage construction and operations projects.
- Review power purchase, interconnection, utility, contract, system impact, facility study, and owner engineer requirements for project compliance.
- Assist with high-voltage budgets, forecasts, subcontractor scopes, procurement, and project scheduling.
- Manage high-voltage subcontractors, including billings, RFIs, status reporting, risks, and scope changes.
- Coordinate project kickoffs, utility and owner meetings, engineering reviews, and construction schedule and scope reviews.
- Assemble final completion punch lists and support quality, profitability, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of related experience in the design and/or construction of power substations.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment construction and operation, with the ability to work safely in energized substations.
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization, coordination, troubleshooting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite at a Texas or Denver, CO jobsite and travel locally and interstate.
- Proficiency with office practices, procedures, and equipment.
Nice to have
- PMP certification or directly relevant industry experience.
- P6 scheduling experience.
