Senior New Product Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India; onsite full-time role

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and release BOMs and product structures for medium-complexity assemblies.
• Develop and validate Operation Method Sheets for assemblies.
• Support 3D solid-model virtual analysis, including Master Layout and Digital Mock Up processes.
• Provide design review feedback on DFA, DFAe, DFTp, ITO, cost, quality, and cycle-time improvements.
• Execute change-control activities involving NSRs, ECOs, CCBs, SPSs, and ESWs.
• Lead managed builds and provide technical support and training to manufacturing resources and suppliers.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of the New Product Manufacturing Engineer role and manufacturing processes for assemblies or modules.
• Ability to analyze product-related issues, identify root causes, and document enhancement opportunities.
• Ability to provide informal guidance and explain complex technical information clearly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in noisy environments and, when required, wear clean-room personal protective equipment.
