hirify.global is the employing organization for this full-time Human Resources position supporting TempRight operations.

What you will do

• Manage recruitment efforts through partnerships and programs, and support talent acquisition strategy improvements.
• Support payroll and benefits administration, compensation analysis, and pay-for-performance reviews.
• Coach supervisors and employees on performance management, development plans, improvement plans, and progressive discipline.
• Investigate employee issues and complaints, recommend resolutions, and conduct exit and stay interviews.
• Guide managers and employees through FMLA, ADA, and other leave or accommodation situations.
• Lead onboarding design and execution, employee engagement analysis, focus groups, surveys, and wellness program initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong recruiting experience and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience training and coaching managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, communication, conflict-resolution, and data-analysis skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including compliance, confidentiality, and fair employment practices.
